Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling walk in customers.
- Telephone management: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and
sorting the customer enquiries to completion.
- Email Management and feedback management within the service
charter
- Member education on products and service
- Any other duty as delegated from time to time.
Minimum Qualification
- A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with
preference to Public Relations/Communication/Marketing and must have
graduated within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
- Must be available full time for the twelve months’ duration of
the program.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
