Customer Care Intern Job in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling walk in customers.
  • Telephone management: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and sorting the customer enquiries to completion.
  • Email Management and feedback management within the service charter
  • Member education on products and service
  • Any other duty as delegated from time to time.

Minimum Qualification


  • A minimum of a diploma in Business Related Field with preference to Public Relations/Communication/Marketing and must have graduated within the last three years from the date of the advertisement.
  • Must be available full time for the twelve months’ duration of the program.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Preferred applicants to be below 30 years in age
