The ideal candidate will have a knack for persuasive communication and a passion for building new business opportunities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating interest and qualifying leads for our sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential
leads, presenting our products and services.
Utilize scripts to handle various scenarios and
effectively communicate the value proposition.
The role demands excellent communication skills,
proficiency in CRM tools for lead organization, and a strong ability to
coordinate campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
to refine calling strategies and approaches.
A successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of customer targeting, the ability to create and curate content for inbound lead channels, and a proactive approach to managing leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience in SEO and social selling is highly
advantageous, as these skills contribute to increasing company visibility and
enhancing lead quality.
This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth
by ensuring a steady influx of qualified prospects and contributing to the
overall sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or
related field preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is
advantageous but not mandatory.
