Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying and securing potential buyers in the European market, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing Mulberry Growers’ brand presence. The role involves market research, relationship management, sales, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the company’s marketing goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers and market trends in Europe.

Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to refine Mulberry Growers’ market approach.

Monitor and report on market developments, trade regulations, and customer preferences.

Buyer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and reach out to potential buyers and distributors in the European market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international buyers.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Mulberry Growers’ products.

Create compelling marketing materials and presentations tailored to the European market.

Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by securing new business deals.

Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.

Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management.

Trade Shows and Events:

Represent Mulberry Growers at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Plan and coordinate participation in relevant trade events to showcase products and meet potential buyers.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure product standards and delivery schedules meet client expectations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international marketing or sales, preferably in the fresh produce or agricultural sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Strong understanding of the European and Middle East market, including trade regulations and consumer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Ability to travel internationally as needed.
