Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, making copies,
and compiling documentation
- Interacting with clients and witnesses, answering and
directing phone calls, and screening, directing, and prioritizing emails
- Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling
exhibits, witness binders, and appendices, and
- summarizing witness interviews
- Organizing and managing documents, including creating
spreadsheets and retrieval systems
- Any other relevant duties that may be assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
- Previous work experience in the legal field.
- Satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of
Kenya on leadership and integrity;
