Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be able to effectively communicate the organization’s brand message and engage with different audiences across various digital platforms. He /She will play a key role in shaping the digital presence of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Utilize video editing skills to create engaging reels, TikToks, and shorts from long-form podcasts and webinars, focusing on delivering concise value points.
  • Schedule and post content across various platforms using automation tools like Hootsuite, ensuring consistent and impactful brand presence.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and seasonal trends.
  • Actively manage community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and hashtag research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics, providing insights that guide strategy adjustments and enhance overall performance.
  • Use Canva to create basic yet impactful graphics that complement social media content and enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications And Experience


  • Experience managing social media accounts, with a strong ability to create and execute effective social media strategies.
  • Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Understanding of video editing and graphic design basics; experience using canva is an added advantage
  • Proficient in using social media management and automation tools
  • Ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with an online audience.
